Who proposed and how?

Josh proposed in Tuscany Italy! Josh booked surprise accommodation for us while we were traveling on an overseas trip in Italy. It turned out to be an incredibly romantic luxury farm stay experience in the Tuscan village of Montepulciano that had a backdrop of stunning rolling hills and vineyards. When we arrived Josh had organised with the staff to pretend that our room wasn’t ready yet and the staff had prepared a beautiful picnic in the olive groves with a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy because of the delay. Josh then proposed at the picnic! It was absolutely beautiful and so special and was a total suprise!!

Which Jeune gown did you fall in love with?
How was your experience?

London!

It was love at first try. London was the only dress that made me teary with happiness and I knew it was the one as soon as I tried it. It was one of the first dresses I tried at Luv Bridal in Brisbane, Australia, it was just so beautiful in its detail and incredibly flattering.

I loved the long sleeve lace jacket especially having a winter wedding. I loved how flattering the dress was even being recently postpartum, it was snug in all the right places. I also loved the two toned colour with the ivory lace and almond underlay, I just loved how the dress looked on and in our photos. I felt like an absolute goddess in the dress!

Tell us about your wedding.

We got married at Gabbinbar Homestead in Toowoomba, Queensland Australia. The location is set on a large estate with beautiful gardens and a historic homestead. We got married under an incredible ancient Moreton Bay Fig tree which was just an absolutely stunning backdrop for the ceremony. We kept our styling simple and classic with white and blush florals with greenery. The whole day was just magical.

What was your favourite moment from the big day?

There were many but my two favourite were seeing Josh for the first time walking down the aisle, it was a moment full of excitement, love and pure happiness. The next was doing our first dance, we had a choreographed dance so we were a bit nervous in the lead up but we knew the party was just about to begin and we just let loose, the guests absolutely loved it and we had a ball!!
